For most people, it will hit them like a brick wall.It will touch Americans harder and deeper than anything else we’ve seen since the Great Depression.I feel so strongly about the critical warning I’m about to give you, I’ve decided to document it in this audio-video presentation. And I’ve labeled this a controversial video, because most people will not like what I have to say…they will find it hard to believe until they see all the facts as I present them.

My name is Michael Lombardi. You may have heard of me. Over the past decade, I’ve been widely recognized as the predictor of five major economic events.Here they are for you in black and white:In 2002, I started advising my readers to buy gold-related investments. Gold bullion sold for less than $300 an ounce back then. In fact, in 2002, I put all of my retirement money, and all of my wife’s, in gold-related investments. I’ve been pushing gold for almost 10 years now.In 2006, I begged my readers to get out of the housing market. I have nothing to hide. This is the exact e-mail alert I sent to my readers on March 1, 2006:“The proof the party is over in the U.S. housing market could not be clearer to me. The price action of the new-home builder stocks is telling the true story—these stocks are falling in price daily and the media is not picking it up. The latecomers to the U.S. housing market may end up looking like the latecomers to the tech-stock rally that ended so abruptly in 1999.”Remember, I wrote the above in 2006 when the last thing on people’s minds were declining real estate prices.

In late 2006, I started predicting that the U.S. economy would be in a recession in late 2007. Here’s what I said back on November 13, 2006:“It’s disappointing more hasn’t been written on the popular financial sites and in the newspapers about the real threat of a recession happening in 2007. I want my readers to be fully aware of my economic opinion: I wouldn’t be surprised to see the U.S. economy in a recession sometime in 2007. In fact, I expect it.”Again, I wrote this back in late 2006—and everyone thought I was way off…until the actual recession hit.

By the spring of 2007, I was giving dire warnings to my readers about the economy. On March 22, 2007, I sent this e-mail dispatch to my readers:“Over the past few weeks I’ve written about subprime lenders and how their demise will hurt the U.S. housing market, the economy and the stock market. There’s no escaping the carnage headed our way because the housing market and subprime business are falling apart. The worst of our problems, because of the easy money made available to borrowers, which fueled the housing boom that peaked in 2005, have yet to arrive.”I was warning about the severe global recession we experienced in 2008 and 2009 long before anyone else.And I totally predicted the 2008 economic massacre that later become simply labeled the “credit crisis.”

On November 29, 2007, I wrote my followers:“The Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500 and the other major stock market indices finished yesterday with the best two-day showing since 2002. I’m looking at the market rally of the past two days as a classic stock market bear trap. As the economy gets closer to contraction, 2008 will likely be a most challenging economic year for Americans.”Years after I wrote the above, it was widely recognized that October 2007 was the top for the stock market. And, yes, 2008 was the worst year for the U.S. economy since the Great Depression.Finally, I correctly predicted the crash in the stock market of 2008 and early 2009. I even wrote an obituary on the stock market in the fall of 2008 that made me somewhat of a forecasting legend:Here’s what I e-mail-blasted to over 100,000 people on October 6, 2008:“A Stock Market’s Obituary: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. After a strong and courageous battle, the Dow Jones fell victim to a credit crisis and finally succumbed on Friday, October 3, 2008, when it fell decisively below the mid-point between its 2002 low and its 2007 high.”The Dow Jones Industrial fell approximately 40% after I wrote this now famous “Stock Market Obituary,” finally hitting bottom on March 9, 2009, when the Dow Jones Industrial Average hit 6,440.Then…at the depth of the dark days of March 2009, I sent an e-mail alert to my thousands of readers and told them to “jump into the stock market with both feet. “I turned bullish on stocks in March of 2009 and rode the bear market rally from 6,440 on March 9, 2009, to 12,876 on May 2, 2011—a gain of 99%.

On May 2, 2011 I told my readers a stock market crash was headed our way. From May 2, 2011 to October 4, 2011, the Dow Jones Industrials fell 2,472 points.To recap my big five predictions that all came true, I:Told my readers to get into gold in 2002;Told them to get out of the housing market in 2006;Predicted the recession of late 2007;Told my readers to get out of stocks in the fall of 2008; andTold my readers to get back into stocks in March of 2009.I didn’t spend the last five minutes of your time telling you about my five key predictions so I could pat myself on the back. Far from it.In fact, I’m a humble person who prefers a low-key profile. I have a Master’s Degree in International Finance from one of Europe's oldest universities. Most importantly, I’m a successful businessman with a deep love of economic analysis and the stock market.

What I’m about to tell you, my prediction number six, which is about to happen, is so off the wall, so controversial, I didn’t want you to think it was coming from some kind of quack. It’s coming from someone with a proven track record at making economic and financial forecasts.Let’s fast forward to February of 2012, where we are today.

The economy is slowing. Retail sales in the U.S. are running at their slowest pace in five months. After trillions of dollars the government has pumped into the economy to revive it, U.S. corporations ended the 2011 with their slowest profit growth in two years.Last year was the worst year for new home sales in the U.S. since 1963! And a glut of foreclosed resale homes still overhangs the housing market. Housing prices are set to fall again in 2012.What economist like me really like to look at, the underemployment rate (that’s the unemployment rate adjusted to include people who have given up looking for work and part-time workers who want full times work) stands stubbornly at 15% in the U.S.Banking is still a mess. Europe’s debt crisis is a huge problem for American banks; their exposure is close to $1 trillion.Many European countries are in a recession again and I believe the United States is on the cusp of falling back into a recession.

Some will call it a new recession. I will call it “Recession Part II.” But this is not the real problem.While my colleagues will dance around the issue, while other economists will not utter the words, I will put it in writing:“The U.S. is technically bankrupt.”Our budget deficit this year will be $1.3 trillion. Our official national debt exceeds $15 trillion and this past summer Congress gave the Obama Administration permission to increase our debt to $16.4 trillion. Our unofficial national debt, when you take into account unfunded liabilities and entitlement to our citizens, is closer to $100 trillion.

By the end of this decade, according to the White House’s own prediction, the official national debt will surpass $20.0 trillion—not including off-balance-sheet items like old-age security, Medicare, and other government promises to its citizens.And there’s also hidden government guarantees not on the government books…Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac own or guarantee half the residential mortgages in America. Who owns both of these companies now? Why, it’s the U.S. government. They “censured” both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on September 7, 2008.In effect, the government either owns or guarantees half the outstanding residential mortgages in this country.

According to data compiler CoreLogic Inc., some five million home mortgages in the U.S. were either in the foreclosure process or delinquent last month, exposing our government to even more losses.Politician after politician has failed to reduce government spending. Their belief is that spending more money will fix the economic problem. Well, they’ve spent trillions since 2008 and our economic problems are about to get worse.The U.S. government and the politicians that run it are addicted to spending more money than the government takes in. If we look at it conservatively, and only look at the government’s “official” figures, by the end of this decade, our national debt will be about 150% of our GDP—about the same level it was after World War II.Why we’ll never get out of this holeAfter World War II, America became a superpower. Our manufacturing base grew dramatically; the industrialized revolution was so great that the American dollar replaced gold as the reserve currency of other world central banks. There was a U.S. job boom.

Today, what do we have in America to carry us into the next boom? Nothing. The Internet isn’t creating jobs. Manufacturing, it’s gone to Mexico, India and China. I doubt George Washington ever envisioned a future where Americans would be suffering so much. It’s embarrassing, but true: Over 44 million people in this country are using some form of food stamps! (Source: National Inflation Association)America, the Empire, is history. The Standard & Poor's downgrading of the U.S.'s credit rating this past August 5th, 2011 is just the beginning.Going back in time a little…In an e-mail blast to thousands of my followers on July 21, 2005, I said,“The U.S. lowered interest rates in 2004 to their lowest level in 46 years. And what did Americans do with their access to easy money? They borrowed and borrowed some more, investing the borrowed money into real estate. Looking ahead, perhaps the Fed’s actions (of 2004) will one day be regarded as one of the most costly errors committed by it or any other banking system in the last 75 years.”

I was exactly right.Artificially low interest rates are actually causing us harmInterest rates have remained so low for so long that inflation will become a serious problem for America in the months and years ahead. With the price of gold having risen 500% in less than a decade, gold is screaming, “inflation ahead!”How does the government and an economy deal with inflation? Inflation is dealt with via higher interest rates.

Mark my words: The artificially low interest rate policies of the past few years will come to hurt us in the form of hyper-inflation and sharply higher interest rates.It will get worseMy prediction is not only that we are headed into Recession Part II—my prediction is that this next recession will also be much worse than the 2007-2008 recession and that it will hit as deep as the Great Depression.You see…Our government has no money left to bail us out during the next recession. The government is over-extended—if it was a business, it would be bankrupt right now.The Federal Reserve has kept the economy alive the past three years by keeping its printing presses running overtime.

Let’s face two important facts.The Fed can’t lower interest rates below the zero they are at today. The more money the Fed prints, the greater the risk of inflation, and the higher long-term interest rates will eventually move, stifling the economy.Let’s move to the stock marketDid you know there is a striking similarity between the years 1934-1937 and 2008-2011?Look at these facts:The stock market crashes in 1929. Eighty years later, in 2008, it does the same thing.The bear market rally that started in October 1934 lasted until August 1937—35 months—and took the Dow Jones Industrial Average from a level of 90 to 185, a gain of 106%. The Dow Jones then plummeted and didn’t recover until seven years later, 1944.So similar it’s frightening: The bear market rally that started in March 2009 has lasted 33 months so far and has resulted in the Dow Jones Industrials rising close to 100%.If the current bear market rally follows the same path as the bear market rally of 1934 to 1937, we have only a couple of more months left before the next phase of this bear market gets underway, ultimately bringing stock prices below their March 2009 lows.

This time around, for reasons I’ve just explained, the after-effects of the next leg of the bear market could be much worse than the Great Depression.At this point, I assume you are sitting there, watching and listening to this audio-video presentation and saying, “Okay, Michael, what you say is stark and frightening. But it makes sense, the way you’ve laid out the facts.”“So what do I do as an investor andconsumer to protect myself?”The good news is that you could protect yourself from the economic devastation headed our way over the next six months.

The better news is that, if you position your portfolio properly, starting today, you could actually make money during the next devastating down leg of this economy, while others struggle like never before.Here are my five core beliefs about what’s headed our way and how I plan to actually profit from them.1. The devaluation of the U.S. dollar that started in early2009 will accelerate as the U.S. economy deteriorates.After World War II, our government did a masterful job at convincing foreign central banks they should have U.S. dollars as their reserves instead of gold bullion.

In early 2003, the price of gold bullion fell 16%; in the summer of 2006 the price of gold fell 21%; from the spring to the fall of 2008 gold prices fell 28%; in the spring of 2009 gold prices fell 15%-- and each time the price of gold bullion recovered and moved higher by year’s end.

In fact, for 11 years running the price of gold bullion has closed each year higher in price than it started the year. The recent weakness in gold bullion prices (more like a correction in an ongoing bull market) is a tremendous opportunity for smart investors.I’m a big bull on gold. Rising inflation, a debasing U.S. dollar, out-of-control government spending, and a currency printing press that never seems to stop will continue to push the price of gold higher.But when I look at gold, if it moves from $1,700 or $1,800 to $3,000 an ounce over the next five years, as I expect it to, my gain will be close to 100%—as an investment, that’s not enough for me. I’m gunning for much bigger profits than that.The big winners of the gold bull market will ultimately be the gold mining stocks. Look at this way. If a gold company’s cost to produce one ounce of gold is $900, at a price of $1,800, they are making a 100% profit. Let me tell you firsthand, things are much, much worse in Europe than we read in the mainstream media.

On October 27, 2011, the euro zone leaders said they would bail out Greece, with European banks taking a 50% haircut off the value of their loans to Greece. This means Greece has technically defaulted on its debt. I believe Spain and Italy are not far behind.Austerity measures are a difficult sell in Europe.

This past summer, Greek police needed to use tear gas to disperse 20,000 protesters at Greece’s Parliament House, as citizens demonstrated against the government’s wage cuts and tax increases.

By October 19, the organized protests grew to 70,000 people strong.2012 will bring stronger citizen protests in Europe thanks to even more severe austerity measures that will be introduced this year.Every morning, I wake up and ask this one question: when will Germany come to its senses and pull out of the euro? After all, Germany is the only real engine of the European Economic Community. Greece’s GDP…it’s less than 10% of Germany’s GDP.

The euro has declined steadily against the U.S. dollar. I actually envision a time when the richer European countries will tire of bailing out the poorer European countries (it’s actually happening right now), when each country will just go back to its own currency.

Ultimately, the euro will die, and with it the economies of the weaker European countries: Greece, Spain and Italy.There’s a stock you can buy that goes up in value as the euro declines in value. Inflation will become a real problem in America.According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the consumer price index (“CPI”) is running at 3.9% per year.While few are talking about it, inflation is a real problem in America. That’s what the rise in gold price has all been about: Gold is screaming: “Higher inflation ahead!”Thanks to years of monetary policies that promoted artificially low interest rates and printing presses churning out dollars in overtime mode, hyperinflation and American sovereign debt issues will become the biggest obstacles for the United States for the remainder of this decade and well into the next decade.

After falling for 30-years, short-term interest rates are bottoming out. The long-term 10-year U.S. Treasury, it’s yielding a pathetic 2%-- a 50-year low. All cycles come to end. And I believe we are near the end of a long-term down cycle in interest rates.While it may difficult to see today, and as crazy as it may sound, the government will be forced to raise interest rates to fend off inflation—just like it did in the early 1980s..
Higher interest rates will also put the proverbial remaining nails in the coffin known as the U.S. housing market.Now you see why I said at the very beginning of this presentation that it’s not for the faint of heart. Imagine our government, the economy, housing prices and the stock market all collapsing at the same time?But, for smart investors, there is more than just hope.

Yes, this is my final core belief: The bear market rally in stocks will lose steam somewhere in the next couple of months and move straight down to test its March 2009 lows.Phase One of a bear market brings stock prices down sharply. That’s what happened when the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell from 14,164 in October 2007 to 6,440 on March 9, 2009—a tumble of 54%.Phase Two of a bear market is when the bear lures investors back into stocks. The bear did a masterful job at convincing investors to own stocks again…and, presto, the Dow Jones got back to 12,000.

But the bear market is getting old and “long in the tooth” as they say. If I compare this bear market rally to the 35-month bear market rally of October 1934 to August 1937, we have a couple of months left before Phase Three of this bear market gets underway—ultimately bringing stock prices below their March 2009 lows.How am I going to make money from this? Easy: I’m not going to short the market, because that’s too risky for most of my readers. I’m not going to buy put options, because they are too short in nature for Phase Three of the bear market.

What I plan to do is to buy a stock that goes up in price when the stock market falls. The stock is very liquid, it trades on a major American exchange at about $18. If the market tanks like I believe it will, this stock will easily move to $100, maybe even $125.

Sekali lagi Terengganu menjadi tapak bencana yang berpotensi mengancam nyawa manusia.Kira-kira enam bulan selepas runtuhnya bumbung stadium negeri Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, empat pekerja cedera apabila struktur keluli yang menyokong bumbung kaca Terminal Bas Ekspres dan Teksi Kuala Berang bernilai RM4.2 juta runtuh. Beratus-ratus kepingan kaca runtuh ke atas empat pekerja, tiga warga Bangladesh dan seorang warga tempatan yang sedang bekerja di bawah bumbung itu.Manakala 11 pekerja lagi yang berada di tapak itu bernasib baik kerana tidak cedera dan empat daripadanya hanya mengalami kecederaan ringan; keadaan mereka masih tidak diketahui.

Penyelia tapak mendakwa kemalangan itu berlaku akibat kerja-kerja yang dilakukan tidak bermutu. Persatuan Pengguna Pulau Pinang (CAP) amat terkejut dengan berulangnya sikap tiada perhatian berat terhadap keselamatan dan etika asas pembinaan serta amalan keselamatan yang diperlukan bagi infrastruktur seumpama ini. Tragedi seperti runtuhan bangunan lama kompleks membeli-belah Jaya Supermarket, di Petaling Jaya, awal tahun ini jelas disebabkan oleh kecuaian sebahagian daripada profesional yang terlibat.

Terdapat pengajaran yang boleh dipelajari daripada runtuhnya bumbung Stadium Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin yang berharga RM25 juta, masalah bumbung terminal lapangan terbang Sultan Mahmud yang bernilai RM123 juta dan struktur Kompleks Akuatik Batu Burok yang berharga RM18 juta. Semuanya akibat kerja-kerja yang tidak bermutu dan bahan yang digunakan juga kurang bermutu.

Kenapakah perkara yang sama berulang iaitu tidak mengambil berat prosedur tapak kerja yang selamat dan piawaian pembinaan masih berulang tanpa kesal?Sifat tidak tidak mempedulikan keselamatan awam di negara ini telah mencapai peringkat kemalangan dahsyat dengan bencana baru. Malangnya, amat dikesalkan, tiada bukti perubahan sikap kontraktor, perunding dan pegawai kerajaan ke arah keselamatan dan integriti dalam projek pembinaan. Malah jika penyokong keluli bagi bumbung kaca itu dipasang dengan cara yang tidak betul, kenapa ia tidak dilihat oleh profesional yang bertanggungjawab itu?

Persoalan CAP, adakah strukturnya diperiksa dan diuji bagi menanggung beban sebelum kepingan kaca itu dipasang? Adakah penyokong itu selaras dengan spesifikasi? Pada tahun lalu, Menteri Sumber Manusia, Datuk Dr S Subramaniam memberikan jaminan kepada kita bahawa golongan "profesional" akan bertanggungjawab terhadap keselamatan di tempat kerja.Beliau berkata, “jika kemalangan kren berlaku di tapak pembinaan, kami mahu jurutera terlibat memastikan keselamatan kren bertanggungjawab terhadapnya."CAP bersetuju dengan gesaan menteri agar profesional bertanggungjawab dalam memastikan pelaksanaan mekanisme kesihatan dan keselamatan di tapak pembinaan dan juga dalam menangani kemalangan di tapak pembinaan.

Parliament: RapidKL, Rapid Penang takeover is not bailout

KUALA LUMPUR: The takeover of RapidKL and Rapid Penang by Prasarana Sdn Bhd, a government-linked company, was not a bailout but to ensure the smooth operation of public transport services, the Dewan Rakyat was told on Wednesday.

Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Dr Awang Adek Hussein said both companies provided a social service and if the operation was managed by the private sector, commuters might not get the full benefits.

“In the hands of private companies, which are driven by profit, no buses would ply unprofitable routes with very few passengers travelling. But to the Government, it does not matter.

“We look at it as a service to the people. The question of a bailout does not arise,” he said when replying to a supplementary question from Datuk Zahrain Mohamed Hashim (PKR-Bayan Baru).

Zahrain wanted to know the losses incurred by RapidKL and Rapid Penang and the reason why both companies were bought over by Prasarana.

Awang Adek said RapidKL and Rapid Penang incurred losses due to the high cost of repair and maintenance of their buses.

“Through the takeover, RapidKL and Rapid Penang would be more focused on running the operation and eventually overcome the problem of integrating the public transport system,” he added.... from bernama

Wall's Ice Cream In Malaysia Is Halal

Paddle Pop Rainbow Peak Ice Cream contains additives E471 and E407 are Halal.
Reference is made to a recent circulating e-mail alleging that our Paddle Pop Rainbow Peak Ice Cream contains additives E471 and E407 which are said to be gelatine and originated from haram materials.

Regarding the allegation, first of all, we would like to reiterate that none of our ice creams contain gelatine. Both E471 and E407 are emulsifier and stabilizer respectively, and are not related to gelatine.

E471 is a code given to mono and diglycerides, a group of emulsifiers which can be derived from plant or animal sources. As with all of other Wall’s Malaysia ice cream, we use only plant-based emulsifiers. On the other hand, E407 is a code given to carrageenan, a plant - based stabilizer.
Unilever Malaysia wishes to clarify that all Wall’s range of products sold in Malaysia are Halal certified and meets the requirement of the Muslim community. For products manufactured in Thailand, which includes this ice cream, they are certified Halal by The Central Islamic Committee of Thailand (TCICOT), a local Halal certification body recognized by JAKIM.

We refer to the letter dated 7 August 2007 by Mr Timothy Neville, Consumer Care Advisor of Wall’s United Kingdom (UK) in response to a consumer from Reading, United Kingdom, on the suitability of Wall’s products for Muslims and vegetarian, which has been circulated via email.
The letter, which contained a list of Wall’s products, has understandably raised concerns over the suitability of Wall’s products in Malaysia.

We would like to clarify that the list provided by Mr Neville in the letter for the consumer is intended for the UKmarket only, as different regions around the world would cater to different consumer market. For Malaysia, we source our ice cream locally and from Indonesia, Thailand and China. We do not import from UK or anywhere else in Europe.

The Flouride Conspiracy

The history of forcing fluoride on humans through the fluoridation of drinking water is wrought with lies, greed and deception. Governments that add fluoride to drinking water supplies insist that it is safe, beneficial and necessary, however, scientific evidence shows that fluoride is not safe to ingest and areas that fluoridate their drinking water supplies have higher rates of cavities, cancer, dental fluorosis, osteoporosis and other health problems. Because of the push from the aluminum industry, pharmaceutical companies and weapons manufacturers, fluoride continues to be added to water supplies all over North America and due to recent legal actions against water companies that fluoridate drinking water supplies, precedent has been set that will make it impossible for suits to be filed against water suppliers that fluoridate. There is a growing resistance against adding toxic fluoride to our water supplies, but unfortunately, because fluoride has become "the lifeblood of the modern industrial economy"(Bryson 2004), there is too much money at stake for those who endorse water fluoridation . The lies of the benefits of water fluoridation will continue to be fed to the public, not to encourage health benefits to a large number of people, but to profit the military-industrial complex.

The story begins in 1924, when Interessen Gemeinschaft Farben (I.G. Farben), a German chemical manufacturing company, began receiving loans from American bankers, gradually leading to the creation of the huge I.G. Farben cartel. In 1928 Henry Ford and American Standard Oil Company (The Rockefellers) merged their assets with I.G. Farben, and by the early thirties, there were more than a hundred American corporations which had subsidiaries and co-operative understandings in Germany. The I.G. Farben assets in America were controlled by a holding Company, American I.G. Farben, which listed on it’s board of directors: Edsel Ford, President of the Ford Motor Company, Chas. E. Mitchell, President of Rockerfeller’s National City Bank of New York, Walter Teagle, President of Standard Oil New York, Paul Warburg, Chairman of the federal reserve and brother of Max Warburg, financier of Germany’s War effort, Herman Metz, a director of the Bank of Manhattan, controlled by the Warburgs, and a number of other members, three of which were tried and convicted as German war criminals for their crimes against humanity. In 1939 under the Alted agreement, the American Aluminum Company (ALCOA), then the worlds largest producer of sodium fluoride, and the Dow Chemical Company transferred its technology to Germany. Colgate, Kellogg, Dupont and many other companies eventually signed cartel agreements with I.G. Farben, creating a powerful lobby group accurately dubbed "the fluoride mafia"(Stephen 1995).

At the end of World War II, the US government sent Charles Eliot Perkins, a research worker in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, to take charge of the vast Farben chemical plants in Germany. The German chemists told Perkins of a scheme which they had devised during the war and had been adapted by the German General Staff. The German chemists explained of their attempt to control the population in any given area through the mass medication of drinking water with sodium fluoride, a tactic used in German and Russian prisoner of war camps to make the prisoners "stupid and docile"(Stephen 1995). Farben had developed plans during the war to fluoridate the occupied countries because it was found that fluoridation caused slight damage to a specific part of the brain, making it more difficult for the person affected to defend his freedom and causing the individual to become more docile towards authority. Fluoride remains one of the strongest anti-psychotic substances known, and is contained in twenty-five percent of the major tranquilizers. It may not seem surprising that Hitler’s regime practiced the concept of mind control through chemical means, but the American military continued Nazi research, exploring techniques to incapacitate an enemy or medicate an entire nation. As stated in the Rockerfeller Report, a Presidential briefing on CIA activities, "the drug program was part of a much larger CIA program to study possible means of controlling human behavior"(Stephen 1995).

The ‘dental caries prevention myth’ associated with fluoride, originated in the United States in 1939, when a scientist named Gerald J. Cox, employed by ALCOA, the largest producer of toxic fluoride waste and at the time being threatened by fluoride damage claims, fluoridated some lab rats, concluded that fluoride reduced cavities and claimed that it should be added to the nation’s water supplies. In 1947, Oscar R. Ewing, a long time ALCOA lawyer, was appointed head of the Federal Security Agency , a position that placed him in charge of the Public Health Service(PHS). Over the next three years, eighty-seven new American cities began fluoridating their water, including the control city in a water fluoridation study in Michigan, thus eliminating the most scientifically objective test of safety and benefit before it was ever completed.

American ‘education and research’ was funded by the Aluminum Manufacturing, Fertilizer and Weapons Industry looking for an outlet for the increasingly mounting fluoride industrial waste while attaining positive profit increase. The ‘discovery’ that fluoride benefited teeth, was paid for by industry that needed to be able to defend "lawsuits from workers and communities poisoned by industrial fluoride emissions" (Bryson 1995) and turn a liability into an asset. Fluoride, a waste constituent in the manufacturing processes of explosives, fertilizers and other ‘necessities’, was expensive to dispose of properly and until a ‘use’ was found for it in America’s water supplies, the substance was only considered a toxic, hazardous waste. Through sly public re-education, fluoride, once a waste product, became the active ingredient in fluorinated pesticides, fungicides, rodenticides, anesthetics, tranquilizers, fluorinated pharmaceuticals, and a number of industrial and domestic products, fluorinated dental gels, rinses and toothpastes. Fluoride is so much a part of a multibillion-dollar industrial and pharmaceutical income, that any withdrawal of support from pro-fluoridationists is financially impossible, legally unthinkable and potentially devastating for their career and reputation.

Funded by US industrialists, in an attempt to encourage public acceptance of fluoride, Edward Bernays, known also as the father of PR, or the original spin doctor, began a campaign of deception to persuade public opinion. Barnays explained "you can get practically any idea accepted if doctors are in favour. The public is willing to accept it because a doctor is an authority to most people, regardless of how much he knows or doesn’t know"(Bryson 2004). Doctors who endorsed fluoridation didn’t know that research discrediting fluoride’s safety was either suppressed or not conducted in the first place. Fluoride became equated with scientific progress and since it was introduced to the public as a health-enhancing substance, added to the environment for the children’s sake, those opposing fluoride were dismissed as cranks, quacks and lunatics. Fluoride became impervious to criticism because of a relentless PR offensive, but also because of it’s overall toxicity. Unlike chemicals that have a signature effect, fluoride, a systemic poison, produces a range of health problems, so it’s effects are more difficult to diagnose.

Recently declassified US Military documents such as Manhattan Project, shows how Fluoride is the key chemical in atomic bomb production and millions of tonnes of it were needed for the manufacture of bomb-grade uranium and plutonium. Fluoride poisoning, not radiation poisoning, emerged as the leading chemical health hazard for both workers and nearby communities. A-bomb scientists were ordered to provide evidence useful for defense in litigation, so they began secretly testing fluoride on unsuspecting hospital patients and indignant, mentally retarded children.. "The August 1948 Journal of the American Dental Association shows that evidence of adverse effects from fluoride was censored by the US Atomic Energy Commission for reasons of "national security" (Griffiths 1998). The only report released stated that fluoride was safe for humans in small doses.

During the Cold War, Dr. Harold C. Hodge, who had been the toxicologist for the US Army Manhattan Project, was the leading scientific promoter of water fluoridation. While Dr. Hodge was reassuring congress of the safety of water fluoridation, he was covertly conducting one of the nation’s first public water fluoridation experiments in Newburgh, New York, secretly studying biological samples from Newburgh citizens at his US laboratory at the University of Rochester. Since there are no legal constraints against the suppression of scientific data, the only published conclusion resulting from these experiments was that fluoride was safe in low doses, a profoundly helpful verdict for the US Military who feared lawsuits for fluoride injury from workers in nuclear power plants and munitions factories. Fluoride pollution was one of the biggest legal worries facing key US industrial sectors during the cold war. A secret group of corporate attorneys, known as the Fluorine Lawyers Committee, whose members included US Steel, ALCOA, Kaiser Aluminum, and Reynolds Metals, commissioned research at the Kettering Laboratory at the University of Cincinnati to "provide ammunition"(Bryson 2004) for those corporations who were fighting a wave of citizen claims for fluoride injury. The Fluorine Lawyers Committee and their medical ambassadors were in personal and frequent contact with the senior officials of the federal National Institute for Dental Research, and have been implied in the ‘burying’ of the forty year old Kettering study, which showed that fluoride poisoned the lungs and lymph nodes in laboratory animals. Private interests, sought to destroy careers and censor information by ensuring that scientific studies raising doubts about the safety of fluoride never got funded, and if they did, never got published.

During the 1990’s, research conducted by Harvard toxicologist Phillis Mullenix showed that fluoride in water may lead to lower IQ’s, and produced symptoms in rats strongly resembling attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Just days before her research was accepted for publication, Mullenix was fired as the head of toxicology at the Forsyth Dental Center in Boston. Then her application for a grant to continue her fluoride and central nervous system research was turned down by the US National Institute of Health (NIH), when an NIH panel told her that "fluoride does not have central nervous system effects"(Griffiths 1998).

Despite growing evidence that it is harmful to public health, US federal and state public health agencies and large dental and medical organizations such as the American Dental Association (ADA), continue to promote fluoride. Water fluoridation continues, despite the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s own scientists, whose union, Chapter 280 of the National Treasury Employees Union, has taken a strong stand against it. Dr. William Hirzy, vice president of Chapter 280, stated that "fluoride (that is added to municipal water) is a hazardous waste product for which there is substantial evidence of adverse health effects and, contrary to public perception, virtually no evidence of significant benefits"( Mullenix 1998). Although fluoride is up to fifty times more toxic than sulfur dioxide, it is still not regulated as an air pollutant by the American Clean Air Act. Since thousands of tonnes of industrial fluoride waste is poured into drinking water supplies all over North America, supposedly to encourage gleaming smiles in our children, big industry in the US has the benefit of emitting as much fluoride waste into the environment as they like with absolutely no requirement to measure emissions and no way of being held accountable for poisoning people, animals and vegetation.

In August 2003, the EPA requested that the National Research Council, the research arm of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), re-evaluate water fluoride safety standards by reviewing recent scientific literature, because the last review in 1993 had major gaps in research. "Neither the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), nor the National Institute for Dental Research (NIDR), nor the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry has any proof on fluoride’s safety or effectiveness"(Sterling 1993). The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology has classified fluoride as an unapproved dental medicament due to it’s high toxicity and the US National Cancer Institute Toxicological Program has found fluoride to be an "equivocal carcinogen" (Maurer 1990).

Currently the US government is continuing to introduce further fluoridation schemes throughout the country, including the Water Act passed in November 2003, which has made it impossible for water companies to undergo civil or criminal hearings as a result of adding fluoride to public water supplies.

In a society where products containing asbestos, lead, beryllium and many other carcinogens have been recalled from the marketplace, it is surprising that fluoride is embraced so thoroughly and blindly. It seems absurd that we would consider paying the chemical industry to dispose of their toxic waste by adding it to our water supply. Hiding the hazards of fluoride pollution from the public is a capitalist-style con job of epic proportions that has occurred because a powerful lobby wishes to manipulate public opinion in order to protect it’s own financial interests. "Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country… our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of" (Bernays 1991).

Menemui saudara ku sekelian, baru baru ini sekali lagi Yahudi bermaharajalela membantai penduduk Gaza, tanpa merasa belas kasihan, ini dapatdifahami kerana bagi kaum Yahudi, Palestin adalah negeri mereka, walaupondari segi sejarah, memang mereka tahu, Israel memang bukan milik mereka ygmutlak, terima kasih kepada kerajaan British yg. memberi mereka penempatanselepas dihalau oleh Hitler pada perang dunia kedua. Tak perlulah sayamengulang lagi peri laku kaum Yahudi yang sekian lama di halau oleh umatmanusia dari zaman Firaun lagi, berjuta juta kaum Yahudi telah dibunuh,tiada suatu bangsa didunia ini yang dibunuh begitu ramai dimuka bumi inidan kini telah muncul pula di Amerika,kumpulan anti Yahudi , kerana mereka(pribumi Amerika)telah mulai sedar yang mereka telah menjadi hamba dibawahtelunjuk Yahudi (Proxy) Hanya masa akan menentukan peledakan dimana kaumYahudi pula akan menemui penghalauan beramai ramai keluar dari bumiAmerika, mustahil? Jika anda lihat sejarah, tiada apa yang mustahil akanberlaku terhadap kaum Yahudi.Setelah memantau beberapa lelaman web saya ada terbaca tesis oleh Dr Stephen Carr Leonmengenai kaum Yahudi dan saya tertarik untuk membaca dan menterjemahkanya ke bahasa Melayu, semuga ianya dapat memberi menafaat kepada kita dan generasi mendatang. Setelah berada 3 tahun di Israel kerana menjalani housemanship di beberapa hospital disana, ada beberapa perkara yang menarik dapat saya perhatikan untuk dijadikan tesis ini, iaitu mengapa Yahudi Bijak?. Memang tidak dapat dinafikan ramai cendikiawan berbangsa Yahudi, dari segala bidang, Engineering, musik, saintis dan yang paling hebat ialah bidang perniagaan, dimana ia memang paling tersohor. Hampir 70% perniagaan didunia dikuasai oleh kaum Yahudi, dari kosmetik, pakaian, pemakanan, senjata, perhotelan, perfileman diHollywood dan sebagainya.

Ketika tahun kedua, akhir bulan December 1980 dan sedang saya menghitung hari untuk pulang ke California saya terfikir apakah sebab nya kaum Yahudi begitu pintar? Kenapa tuhan memberi kelebihan kepada mereka? Apakah ini suatu kebetulan? Atau oleh manusia sendiri? Adakah bijak boleh dijana? Seperti kilang pengeluaran?
Maka saya pun tergerak membuat tesis untuk Phd saya, disamping kebaikan untuk umat sejagat dan dapat hidup secara harmoni. Untuk pengetahuan anda tesis yang saya lakukan ini mengambil masa hampir lapan tahun, ini kerana untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang setepat mungkin.

Antara data-data yang saya kumpulkan ialah pemakanan, adat resam, ugama, persiapan awal untuk melahirkan zuriat dan sebagainya dan data data tadi saya cuba bandingkan dengan bangsa dan kaum kaum lain.

Marilah kita mulakan dengan persiapan awal melahirkan zuriat. Di Israel, setelah mengetahui yang sang ibu sedang mengandung, pertama kali saya perhatikan ialah, sang ibu akan sering menyanyi dan bermain piano dan si ibu dan bapa akan membeli buku metamatik dan menyelesaikan masalah metamatik bersama suami , saya sungguh hairan kerana teman saya yang mengandung sering membawa buku metamatik dan bertanya kepada saya beberapa soalan yang beliau tak dapat menyelesaikanya, oleh kerana saya memang minat tentang metamatik, tentu saja dengan senang saya bantu beliau.

Saya bertanya kepada beliau, adakah ini untuk anak kamu? Beliau menjawab, "ini untuk anak saya yang masih didalam kandungan, saya sedang melatih otak beliau, semuga ia menjadi genius apabila dewasa kelak". Perkara ini membuat saya tertarik untuk mengikut perkembangan beliau seterusnya. Berbalik kepada matematik tadi, tanpa merasa jenoh beliau membuat latihan matematik sehingga beliau melahirkan anak.

Seperkara lagi yang saya perhatikan ialah pemakanan beliau, sejak awal mengandung beliau gemar sekali memakan kacang badam dan kurma bersama susu , dan untuk tengah hari makanan utama beliau ialah roti dan ikan tanpa kepala bersama salad yang digaul dengan badam dan berbagai jenis kekacang, menurut beliau daging ikan sungguh baik untuk perkembangan otak dan kepala ikan mengandungi kimia yang tidak baik yang dapat merosakkan pengembangan dan penumbuhan otak anak di dalam kandungan.

Menurut beliau ini adalah adat orang orang yahudi ketika mengandung dan ianya menjadi semacam kewajipan untuk ibu ibu yang sedang mengandung mengambil pil minyak ikan.
Ketika saya diundang untuk makan malam bersama orang orang Yahudi, perkara pertama yang saya perhatikan ialah menu mereka. Setiap undangan yg sama perhatikan ialah mereka gemar sekali memakan ikan (hanya isi atau fillet) dan biasanya daging tidak akan ada bersama dimeja jika ada ikan, menurut mereka, campuran daging dan ikan tak elok dimakan bersama. Salad dan kacang adalah suatu kemestian, terutama badam.

Seperkara yang pelik ialah mereka akan memakan buah buahan dahulu sebelum memakan hidangan utama. Jangan terperanjat jika anda diundang kerumah Yahudi anda akan dihidangkan buah buahan dahulu. Menurut mereka, dengan memakan hidangan kabohidrat (nasi atau roti) dahulu kemudian buah buahan, ini akan menyebabkan kita merasa ngantuk dan lemah dan payah untuk memahami pelajaran disekolah.

Di Israel, merokok adalah taboo, apabila anda diundang makan dirumah Yahudi, jangan sekali kali merokok, dan tanpa malu mereka akan menyuruh anda keluar dari rumah mereka dam merokok diluar rumah mereka. Menurut saintis di Universiti Israel , siasatan menunjukkan nikotin dapat merosakkan sel utama pada otak manusia dan akan melekat pada genes, ini bermakna keturunan perokok bakal membawa generasi yg cacat otak (bodoh atau lembab). Suatu penemuan yg dahsyat ditemui oleh saintis yg mendalami bidang genes dan DNA. Para perokok harap ambil perhatian. (Ironi nya, pemilik pengeluar rokok terbesar di dunia adalah tekalah sendiri..!)

Perhatian saya selanjutnya ialah melawati tadika mereka, Pemakanan anak anak tadi cukup dikawal, makanan awal ialah buah buahan bersama kacang badam, diikuti dengan menelan pil minyak ikan (code lever oil) Didalam pengamatan saya, kanak Yahudi sungguh bijak dan rata rata mereka memahami 3 bahasa iaitu Hebrew, Arab dan Inggeris dan sedari awal lagi mereka telah dilatih bermain piano dan violin, ini adalah suatu kewajipan. Menurut mereka bermain musik dan memahami nota notanya dapat meningkatkan lagi IQ kanak kanak dan sudah tentu bakal menjadikan budak itu bijak. Ini menurut saintis Yahudi, gegaran musik dapat stimulate (semacam senaman untuk otak) maka itu terdapat ramai sekali genius musik terdiri dari kaum Yahudi.

Seterusnya ke darjah 1 hingga 6, anak anak Yahudi akan diajar metamatik berkonsepkan perniagaan dan pelajaran sains amatlah diberi keutamaan. Di dalam perhatian peribadi saya, perbandingan dengan anak anak di California , ianya jauh berbeza tentang IQ dan boleh saya katakan 6 tahun kebelakang!! !. Segala pelajaran akan dengan mudah di tangkap oleh anak Yahudi. Selain dari pelajaran tadi sukan juga menjadi kewajipan bagi mereka dan sukan yg diberi keutamaan ialah memanah, menembak dan berlari, menurut teman saya ini, memanah dan menembak dapat melatih otak memfokus sesuatu perkara disamping mempermudahkan persiapan untuk perhidmatan negara.

Selanjutnya pemerhatian saya menuju ke sekolah tinggi (menengah) disini murid murid ditekan dengan pelajaran mata sains dan mereka digalakkan mencipta produk, segala projek mereka walaupon kadangkala kelihatannya lucu dan mengarut, tetap diteliti dengan serius apatah lagi ianya berupa senjata, perubatan dan engineering, idea itu akan dibawa ke institut tinggi di Politeknik dan Universiti.

Satu lagi yg di beri keutamaan ialah fakulti perniagaan. Saya sungguh terperanjat melihat mereka begitu agresif dan seriusnya mereka tentang perniagaan. Diakhir tahun diuniversiti, para penuntut dibidang niaga dikehendaki melakukan projek danmemperaktik kanya dan anda hanya akan lulus jika kumpulan anda (10 pelajar setiap kumpulan) dapat keuntungan sebanyak $US1juta! Anda terperanjat? Itulah kenyataan, dengan rangkaian seluruh dunia dan ditaja sepenuhnya oleh syarikat milik Yahudi, maka tidak hairanlah mereka dapat menguasai perniagaan didunia! Siapakah yg mencipta design Levis yg terkini? Ianya dicipta di Universiti Israel oleh fakulti bisnes dan fesyen.

Pernahkah anda melihat cara orang Yahudi melakukan ibadah mereka? Salah satu caranya ialah dengan menggoyangkan kepala mereka, menurut mereka ini dapat mengaktifkan otak mereka dan menambahkan oksijan dikepala, banyak ugama lain di Timur Tengah, seperti Islam juga ada menyuruh umatnya menunduk atau menggoyangkan kepala, ini guna dapat mensimulasikan otak kita supaya bertambah aktif.

Lihat orang orang Jepun, mereka sering menunduk nundukkan kepala dan ianya sebagai adat. Ramai orang orang Jepun yg pandai? Adakah ianya sebagai kebetulan? Kegemaran mereka ialah sushi (ikan mentah). Adakah ini kebetulan? Fikirkanlah!

Berpusat di New York, Dewa n perniagaan Yahudi bersedia membantu mereka yg berminat untuk melakukan bisnes (sudah tentu untuk Yahudi sahaja) jika mereka ada idea yg bernas, jawatan kuasa akan memberi pinjaman tanpa faedah dan pentadbir dari jawatan kuasa tadi akan bekerjasama dengan anda untuk memastikan yg perniagaan mereka menurut landasan yg betul. Maka itu lahirlah Starbuck, Dell computer, Coca cola, DKNY, Oracle, Perfileman di Hollywood, Levis, Dunkin Donut dan ada beratus kedai ternama dibawah naungan dewan perniagaan Yahudi di New York . Graduan Yahudi dari fakulti perubatan New York akan disarankan untuk mendaftar dipersatuan ini dan digalakkan memulakan klinik mereka sendiri dengan bantuan wang tanpa faedah, barulah saya tahu mengapa hospital di New York dan California sentiasa kekurangan doktor pakar.

Kesimpulanya, pada teori saya, melahirkan anak dan keturunan yg bijak boleh dilaksanakan dan tentunya bukan semalaman, ianya memerlukan masa, beberapa jenerasi mungkin? Persiapan awal adalah ketika sang ibu mengandung, galakkanlah si ibu melakukan latihan metamatik yg mudah tetapi konsisten disamping mendengar musik klasik. Seterusnya ubahlah cara pemakanan, makanlah makanan yg elok dan berhasiat yg baik untuk otak, menghayati musik sejak kecil adalah baik sekali untuk penumbuhan otak kanak kanak, dengan bermain piano dan violin sudah tentu dapat melatih anak anak mencerdaskan otak mereka demikian juga sukan yg memerlukan konsetrasi yg tinggi, seperti memanah, bola keranjang, dart dan menembak.
Merokok menjanjikan jenerasi yg moron (goblok/bodoh) dan sudah tentu genes bodoh akan mengikut ke jenerasi siperokok. Lawatan saya ke Singapore pada tahun 2005 amat memeranjatkan sekali, disini perokok seperti dianak tirikan dan begitu susah sekali untuk perokok dan anda tahu berapa harga sekotak rokok? US$ 7 !!! ini bersamaan perbelanjaan sehari untuk makan anda!! Saya puji sekali sikap pemerintah Singapore dan menakjubkan sekali!!! dan seperti Israel ianya begitu taboo dan cara pentadbiran dan segi pembelajaran mereka hampir serupa dengan Israel , maka itu saya lihat banyak institusi pelajaran mereka bertaraf dunia walau pun hakikat nya negeri Singapore hanyalah sebuah pulau sebesar Manhattan !!

Anda mungkin musykil, benarkah merokok dapat melahirkan jenerasi goblok, saya telah menemui beberapa bukti menyokong teori ini. Lihat saja Indonesia, jika anda ke Jakarta , dimana saja anda berada, dari restoran, teater, kebun bunga hingga kemusium hidung anda akan segera terbau asak rokok! Dan harga rokok? Cuma US$ .70cts !!! dan hasilnya? Dengan penduduknya berjumlah jutaan orang berapa banyak kah universiti terdapat disana? Hasil apakah yg dapat dibanggakan? Teknologi? Jauh sekali. Adakah mereka dapat berbahasa selain dari bahasa mereka sendiri? Mengapa mereka begitu sukar sekali menguasai bahasa Inggeris? Ditangga berapakah kedudukan mereka di pertandingan metamatik sedunia? Adakah ini bukan akibat merokok? Anda fikirlah sendiri.

Di tesis saya ini, saya tidak akan menimbulkan soal ugama atau bangsa, adakah Yahudi itu zalim sehingga diusir dari semenjak zaman Paraoh hingga ke Hitler, bagi saya itu isu politik dan survival, yg ingin saya ketengahkan ialah, mampu kah kita dapat melahirkan jenerasi yg bijak seperti Yahudi? Jawabanya ialah mungkin dan tidak mustahil dan ianya memerlukan perubahan, dari segi pemakanan dan cara mendididik anak dan saya kira hanya memerlukan 3 jenerasi sahaja. Ini dapat saya lihat sendiri tentang cucu saya, ini setelah saya mengajar anak saya melalui program yg telah saya nyatakan diatas tadi, pada umur 9 tahun (cucu saya) dia dapat menulis esay sepanjang 5 mukasurat penuh.Esay nya hanyalah mengenai "Mengapa saya gemarkan tomato!"

APA ITU FLUORIDA?

Fluorida merupakan sisa keluaran industri baja, sejenis racun tikus dan digunakan dalam sektor industri sebagai racun serangga untuk menghapuskan semut dan lipas. Fluorida merupakan racun tersembunyi (seperti sianida) yang memudaratkan, bertoksik dan mampu berkumpul sungguhpun hanya sedikit ditelan.

MENGAPA FLUORIDA BERBAHAYA?

Pentadbiran Makanan & Ubatan Amerika (FDA) menganggap fluorida sebagai "ubat baru yang tidak diluluskan" kerana tidak ada bukti mengenai keselamatan mahupun keberkesanannya.

Sesetengah kumpulan berkepentingan awam seperti Akademi Antarabangsa Bagi Ubatan, Makanan & Toksikologi (pertubuhan bukan kerajaan Kanada yang membiayai penyelidikan mengenai bahan bertoksik yang digunakan dalam pergigian) telah mengkelaskan fluorida sebagai "ubat untuk pergigian yang tidak diluluskan" disebabkan kadar keracunannya tinggi.

Satu tinjauan yang dijalankan pada tahun 1997 dengan bantuan pengeluar ubat gigi dan Persatuan Pergigian Amerika Syarikat mendapati purata orang yang memberus gigi dengan ubat gigi berfluorida walaupun sedikit (1 gram) mengikut sukatan yang disarankan, menelan antara 0.3-0.4 mg fluorida setiap kali memberus gigi. Ini bermakna anda menerima hampir separuh daripada kadar harian fluorida yang diterima cuma dengan memberus sekali sehari, tanpa membabitkan sumber lain.

MENGAPA KITA TIDAK MEMERLUKAN FLUORIDA PADA UBAT GIGI?

Dos fluorida harian yang diterima melalui pemakanan sudah mencukupi keperluan seseorang. Pihak berkuasa di Malaysia telah menambahkan fluorida kedalam sistem bekalan pengairan dan oleh sebab yang demikian, setiap titis air dalam bentuk teh, kopi, minuman berais dan sebagainya menyumbang kepada penambahan fluorida sedia ada.

Makanan harian seperti sayuran juga terdedah kepada fluorida melalui racun serangga dan lain-lain. Fluorida juga terdapat pada tulang ikan seperti ikan bilis dan sardin. Sebagai rumusan, makanan lazim harian telah membekalkan sumber fluorida yang mencukupi untuk keperluan kita. Oleh sebab yang demikian, kita tidak lagi memerlukan tambahan fluorida melalui ubat gigi atau ubat kumur dan ini akan mendatangkan kemudaratan terhadap kesihatan seseorang itu.

KES MAHKAMAH

Kesan-kesan buruk fluorida pada masa lalu pernah dibawa ke mahkamah. Apa yang dipercayai merupakan yang pertama. Colgate-Palmolive membayar pampasan sebanyak £1,000 (kini dianggarkan kira-kira RM 6,000) kepada keluarga seorang kanak-kanak berusia 10 tahun di Essex, England yang menderitai masalah "Dental Fluorosis" (enamel kotor dan berkarat), iaitu antara tanda pertama keracunan fluorida.

PENYELIDIKAN AWAM

Penyelidikan yang dijalankan pada pertengahan tahun 90-an oleh bekas ketua bahagian kimia Institut Penyelidikan Kanser Kebangsaan Amerika, mendapati kira-kira 10,000 kematian akibat kanser yang dikaitkan dengan penggunaan fluorida berlaku setiap tahun di Amerika Syarikat.Penyelidikan yang dijalankan di Amerika Syarikat bagi Program Toksikologi Kebangsaan (NTP) pada tahun 1990-1991 menunjukkan kecenderungan peningkatan dalam osteosarkoma (salah satu kanser peringkat awal yang menyerang kanak-kanak) dalam tikus jantan yang diberikan fluorida. Menurut NTP, fluorida berkemungkinan bahan penyebab kanser kepada manusia."

Awas! Serunding daging babi di pasaran negara jiran kita dan pelancong negara ini diminta berwaspada apabila makan sewaktu berkunjung ke Indonesia . Penemuan lima jenama 'abon' (serunding) dan daging dendeng siap makan yang dibuat daripada babi di pasaran disahkan oleh pihak berkuasa Indonesia , lapor Bernama .

Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) Indonesia yang melakukan ujian DNA ke atas 35 jenama serunding dan daging panggang yang dijual di pasaran di Jakarta, Jambi, Bogor, Semarang, Surabaya dan Bandung, mengesahkan kandungan daging babi dalam lima jenama. "Sebenarnya tekstur serat babi lebih tidak kelihatan kerana banyak mengandungi lemak. Oleh itu, kita menguji di makmal dengan menggunakan alat bernama the real-time PCR (tindakan berangkaian polimera)," ketua badan itu Husniah Rubiana dipetik berkata.

Menurut sebuah akhbar negara itu Republika , jenama-jenama itu ialah:

Dendeng/abon sapi (lembu) gurih cap Kepala Sapi 250 gram

Abon/dendeng sapi cap Limas 100 gram (keluaran syarikat palsu)

Abon/dendeng sapi asli cap ACC

Dendeng sapi istimewa berjenama Beef Jerky Lezaaat (keluaran MDC Food Surabaya)

Dendeng sapi Istimewa No 1 cap 999 (keluaran S Hendropurnomo Malang).

Husniah dilaporkan berkata satu daripada jenama itu didapati menggunakan tanda halal yang kononnya dikeluarkan Majlis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), manakala pengeluar lain menggunakan nama syarikat milik orang lain, menggunakan alamat tidak benar atau tidak tercatat pengeluarnya.

Umat Islam - yang menggemari makanan itu termasuk kalangan anak-anak yang sukakan roti berisi serunding - boleh membezakan produk daripada babi yang warnanya lebih muda berbanding warna daging lembu dan serat babi juga lebih lembut, lapor agensi berita Malaysia dari Jakarta . MUI dan Jabatan Kesihatan yang melakukan pemeriksaan mendapati para pengeluar itu pada mulanya mengakui menggunakan daging lembu tetapi setelah diuji didapati positif daripada babi.

iklan yang dibuat oleh pihak McDonald's "Bangga Menjadi Rakyat Malaysia" adalah mengelirukan karena fakta yang dibentangkan adalah bercanggah dengan prinsip 'comprehensive information for public'.

Contoh yang paling mencolok mata, yang saya dapati kerana aktiviti saya sebagai peneliti di bidang rangkaian pengeluaran industri makanan Halal (yang sebagaimana Dato' ketahui juga); di Malaysia, pembekal utama (daging dan produk daging) bagi McDonald's (McD) adalah MacFood Services Sdn Bhd (MacFood). MacFood adalah satu syarikat pemroses barangan daging dan merupakan satu-satunya pembekal tempatan yang disetujui/ diapprove oleh MvD Malaysia. Persoalannya siapakah MacFood tsb?

MacFood Services Sdn Bhd dimiliki oleh Keystone Foood Corp (USA). Mengikut data dari Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, kepemilikan Keystone Food Corp adalah 51% manakala salah satu syarikat tempatan (proxy???) adalah 49%, yang penting di sini adalah majoriti saham MacFood tersebut dikuasai oleh Keystone Food Corp. Syarikat ini, Keystone Food Corp, adalah salah satu syarikat pengeluar makanan di US dan memiliki saham/ kepemilikan di McDonald's, baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung.

Pembekal utama McD tersebut, MacFood Services jelas merupakan syarikat bukan tempatan atau maksimal boleh kita katakan syarikat JV. Adalah benar bahawa MacFood Services telah banyak melakukan ekspor ke Timur Tengah, namun HANYA kepada McDonald's outlet sahaja. Pengimport di UAE bagi syarikat inipun adalah Keystone Food Corp (saya melihat sendiri di daftar eksport impor dan pengimpornya di Food Control ection, Dubai Municipality, Dubai beberpa tahun yang lalu). Oleh itu pembekal utama kepada McD Malaysia adalah syarikat 'subsidiary' yang berkait daripada US, ataupun justru salah satu syarikat yang memiliki McDonald's (holding company McD: Archer Midland) di New York Stock Exchange.
Masalah kedua adalah kerana hanya MacFood Services sahaja yang dibenarkan menjual produk daging kepada McDonald's, ianya merupakan suatu monopoly. Dato' boleh merujuk kepada syarikat Prima-Agri, syarikat tempatan tidak memiliki peluang untuk menjual kepada McD Malaysia, sehingga ianya justeru menghalang ketelusan industri dalam diversifikasi produk. Ianya tidak memberikan kesempatan kepada pihak lain selain MacFood Services untuk menjadi approved suppliers kepada McD, dan juga membolehkan syarikat tersebut turut melakukan ekspor kepada cawangan-cawangan lain McD di Timur Tengah.
Padahal, dari segi akreditasi/ sertifikasi Halal, quality dan safety system (Halal, HACCP, ISO, dsb), ada ramai lagi syarikat tempatan yang boleh menjual kepada McD, salah satunya adalah Prima Agri Products Sdn Bhd. Justru, Prima Agri telahpun diapprove oleh Kesatuan Eropah manakala MacFood Services belum. Kualiti sistem, safety dan Halal daripada Prima Agri Products tidak kalah berbanding MacFood Services. Jadi, kenapa hanya MacFood Services sahaja yang dibenarkan menjadi pembekal kepada McD Malaysia?

Kalau masalah ini terdapat di Indonesia, ianya boleh dimasukkan kepada kes monopoly, penguasaaan industri oleh satu syarikat (???). Tetapi di sini yang saya lihat, ketidak-wajaran McDonald's dalam memberi kesempatan kepada syarikat-syarikat tempatan lain untuk menjadi pembekal "utama" mereka.

KENAIKKAN INSURANS MOTOSIKAL

Adakah anda semua tahu insurans motosikal mengalami kenaikkan mendadak dan ini tidak diumumkan oleh pihak kerajaan. kenaikkan ini tidak disedari apabila beberapa orang sahabat saya sudah renew insurans motosikal 3rd party. kenaikkan sebanyak hampir 100%. kenaikkan hampir kepada RM44 di mana jumah insurans yang perlu dibayar hampir mencecah rm100 lebih (bagi NCD55%).

Kenapa kenaikkan ini berlaku semasa kemelesetan ekonomi. Bukankah semua syarikat insurans di bawah kawalan Bank Negara. Adakah ini semua adalah arahan Bank Negara? Kenapa rakyat harus menjadi mangsa? Adakah jalan raya di Malysia ini sudah tidak selamat sehingggakan insurans dinaikkan berlipat kali ganda.

Kenapa tidak dinaikkan insuran kenderaan mewah sahaja? Kenapa tidak dinaikkan cukai syarikat konsesi lebuh raya yang mendapat keuntungan berbillion-billion ringgit. Kenapa diumumkan stimulus package jika kerajaan tiada wang? kenapa tindakan kerajaan BN sama sekali bertentangan dengan moto BN semasa PR iaitu "Aman, Selamat & Makmur". Di manakah kemakmuran jika insurans dinaikkan secara mendadak? Bukankan rakyat terus menjadi mangsa keadaan. Diharap pihak kerajaan BN meneliti semula kenaikkan ini.

Apa yang saya harapkan sebagai warganegara malaysia kepada kerajaan, jujurlah kepada rakyat. Jika berlaku kenaikkan, umumkan supaya rakyat tidak rasa tertipu. Berikan alasan yang rasional yang boleh diterima oleh akal yang waras. Sekian.

Sedikit maklumat utk umat Islam.

i) Minum Coca-Cola - Senario di belakang tabir adalah Coca-Cola membantu Regim Yahudi sejak tahun 60an lagi, menghina Islam dengan berbagai cara. Haruskah kita menyokong produk mereka sedangkan tanpa coke kita tidak mati malah ianya memudaratkan kesihatan serta banyak lagi produk altenatif, produk Islam sendiri; HPA pun dah jual coke. sedap jugak. xbyk gula. Bole try dulu.

ii) Bersantai dan minum di Starbuck Café. Senario di belakang tabir adalah Starbuck merupakan penyokong kuat perjuangan Yahudi Zionis. Tidakkah kita melukakan hati para pejuang Islam yang mempertaruhkan nyawa demi mempertahankan maruah Islam? Tidakkah ada café lain yang tidak menghina Islam atau yang dimiliki oleh orang Islam sendiri? Tidakkah kita lihat bagaimana kita berperanan dan membantu pembunuhan Umat Islam sendiri apabila kita menyumbang kepada keuntungan Starbucks? Kedai kopi pun dah canggih, siap provide wifi skrg.

Colgate juga berperanan menaja dan membantu Israel dalam perang dengan Negara-negara Islam yang diketahui sejak tahun 1967. Kini apabila diasak dan merasakan kerugian akibat terjejas jualan baru menggunakan tanda halal di luar Negara pada ubat gigi yang dibuat di Vietnam, China dan Thailand. Itupun tiada sebarang pengesahan badan mana yang mengesahkannya. Sape ibu kepada colgate? Darlie pun adik-beradik colgate. Ibu yang sama, anak syarikat lain2.

Colgate telah berada di Malaysia selama hampir 50 tahun dan selama itulah ianya tidak MEMPEROLEHI SEBARANG JAMINAN HALAL. Hari ini Colgate telah memindahkan operasinya ke Vietnam, China, Thailand ( atas sebab-sebab mereka sahaja yang mengetahui) dan mengatakan produk mereka halal tapi hingga kini kami tidak diberi tahu manakah badan yang memberikan mereka jaminan halal yang didakwa mereka.

Darlie kini telah dibeli oleh syarikat Colgate, pasaran Ubat gigi di Malaysia melebihi RM 600 juta dan lebih 95% adalah dikuasai oleh Colgate dan beberapa syarikat antarabangsa lain.

Banyak lagi. barang2 buatan US pun boikit la skali. kalu dah beli pakaila barang tuh. orang suruh boikot barang2 yang belum dibeli lagi.
